Yes...

you...

ONLY 33 checked. I guess I am not spoiled! But even so...everything I/we have, we worked hard for. I have been self employed for over 20 years..and was even able to be a stay at home Mom for a time. I am blessed beyond belief and grateful for everything I have been able to accomplish.

so there! :-)

After being in China-yeah...no doubt- I am definitely spoiled. I met and loved people who had no running fresh water (bottled only)- who, if the spoke fluent english, were trailed by the RED Army...
I came home to a 4 Bdrm home- with a running dishwasher, washing machine, and a fax machine. And I had the luxury of not having to go into an office or hospital when I came home...I was just a full time MOM when I returned to my beloved country. A writer...yes- who mostly does things in her spare time to help others- for free.

Yes- I am spoiled.
And if I start to tell you about all the ways I've reached out to the elderly, to the shut-ins, to needy kids, and to soldiers abroad-it just makes me feel like I'm tooting my own horn- and I just can't do that. I'm NO one comared to you, or to Sean...or to your family...or by my loved ones who served in WWI or WWII.
I'm just me. Spoiled...I agree.

Cora,

They are no longer refered to as "Abroad"...

We say, "Female Service personel"

OK OK OK...put the phone down and stop calling the PC police. I'm kidding, I'm kidding.

They're actually "Dames"
